Required Documents for New Applicants (any grade level):

To enroll a student in the school, a file  comprising the following documents must be submitted:

  • Original Computerized Birth Certificate and 1 photocopy.
  • 8 recent passport size photographs
  • A photocopy of the ID or passports of the parent.
  • In case the student is being transferred from a school under the supervision of an educational directorate other than El Tur Educational Directorate, a ‘Success Notation’ issued by the other educational directorate must be presented.
  • Previous school educational records.(The last school year’s certificate must be authenticated from the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in case the student is transferred from another country.)
  • A photocopy of the passport of the student, in case of being a foreigner.
  • A photocopy of the visa of the parent, subject to not being a touristic visa and being valid at least till the end of the school year, in case the student is a foreigner.
  • Embassy’s approval for the student to receive education in Egypt, in case the student is a foreigner.

N.B. All  documents presented for foreign students  must be translated into the Arabic  language  by one of the authorized translation  centers.

The file comprising the required documents of the student must be completed before joining the school.

Official registrations will not be conducted for  students whose files have not been completed and submitted within the set  timeframe.

Payments:

Please note that School fees are quoted annually and are payable  as soon as the student is accepted at the school for the whole year, in one bulk for the new comers. For continuing students fees are paid over 2 installments for the two school terms. The first installment is due for payment before the term commences, while the second installment is due for payment no later than 15 December.

Reports will not be handed to students who do not settle their fees.

According to MoE, students who do not settle their fees by the end of the school year will be transferred to a governmental school.

School Uniform:

It is compulsory that school uniform is worn everyday; therefore parents are kindly requested to place their orders in a timely manner, as well as to follow up on its receipt to facilitate the process of following school rules for their children.

School Uniform comprises a T-shirt and knee shorts for the summer and a long sleeves T-shirt, trousers and jacket for the winter.  However, the Preparatory stage and older students are free to wear any beige knee shorts or Trousers, yet should be wearing the school’s upper part of the uniform.

Skirt pants are totally not accepted as part of the school uniform

Parents are also kindly requested to clearly label each item of the uniform to facilitate its identification.
